djaka.id djaka.id – Software Tutorials, Game Tips and Reviews Afew month ago,I got new laptop and it was Lenovo G470.Everything work pretty well untill I upgraded to Windows 10.Eve,I cant Install my Intel HD 3000.I also cant change my brightness.I’ve tried many thing but nothing happen,here’s some list I have tried with:
- Reinstall driver
- Reinstall Windows
- Reenable Generic PnP monitors
- Change brightness via keyboard
- Install Catalyst Driver
- Install Crimson Driver
- Change Registry
- Switch To Linux
- ETC
When I switch to Linux,my brightness work well.But I’ve some project and I cant make it from Linux.So….I decided search again about this problem and found it.I changed my registry and It’s working.
Here’s The Steps:
- Open run,then write “regedit” without quotes and then press enter

Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMControlSet001ControlClass{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318} 000
- Find
MD_EnableBrightnesslf2(If you cant find it,just Ignore this)KMD_EnableBrightnessInterface2
Then change both value to “0” - In device manager,reenable your display driver
- Restart Your PC
- Done!!!!
